NDLE wants to make sure all parents are aware of our morning procedures.
Car drop off is from 7:10-7:40.
Breakfast is served from 7:10-7:40.
Class begins at 7:40, therefore our outside staff must return inside to begin instruction.
To make sure all students enter the building safely, parents must park and walk students to the front door after 7:40 when our outside staff has returned inside.
The tardy bell rings at 7:45. After 7:45, students must be signed in by a parent in the front office. Something else good to know is that being tardy often or checking students out often results in a loss of instructional minutes that can result in truancy court.
PreK 3 drop off begins after PK4, K, and 1st grade drop off ends. If you see teachers meeting parents with students after 7:40, these are our PK3 students who are supposed to be dropped off at this time and must be signed in with their teacher.
Cars are not allowed to park or drop off by the bus parking lot. Teachers and staff from other school buildings on campus have permission to drop their students off at this area before 7:10. These are the only parents with permission to drop off in the bus area.

We ask that all parents follow these procedures to ensure the safety of all students and protect our instructional schedule. We have over 500 students in our building to receive and dismiss daily. Traffic is always difficult so please plan to include extra time in your morning schedule to make sure students are here on time.
